Jessica Hume (instructor)

Jessica Hume’s journey into facial and intraoral massage began long before she went into massage. After a car accident at 19 left her with persistent jaw pain and migraines, she searched for solutions and found lasting relief through hands-on TMJ work. This experience sparked a deep curiosity about the intersection of touch, structure, and function.

Before stepping into clinical practice, Jessica spent years refining her hands-on approach in the spa industry, including time at Shangri-La Hotel Chi, The Spa, where she trained in facial massage, lymphatic techniques, and high-end skincare. Working at the intersection of science and intuitive touch, she developed a deep appreciation for how facial work can do more than sculpt, it can restore balance, encourage circulation, and relieve deep-seated tension.

Jessica believes facial massage is both an art and a science, a way to reconnect with the body through slow, intentional work that brings lasting change.

Alli Hayes (teaching assistant)

I graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2022, but my passion for physical and emotional well-being began long before that. Growing up, I was deeply immersed in competitive sports — softball, ringette, volleyball, and track — which gave me a first-hand understanding of movement, performance, and the body’s resilience. Years later, I came to truly appreciate the role of self-care in both healing and maintaining balance as I deepened my yoga and dance practice.
My approach to massage therapy is holistic and individualized. I work with clients seeking support for nervous system regulation, muscle fatigue, injury rehabilitation, pre/postnatal care, and pre- and post-surgical recovery, including top surgery preparation and post-op support. I also integrate fascial stretch techniques and treatments for TMJ dysfunction and headaches.
Craniosacral Therapy has become a cornerstone of my practice. I’ve completed Level 3 CST training, with a focus on Somatic Energy Release (SER) and visceral regulation of the major abdominal organs. This subtle yet powerful modality supports the central nervous system and helps release deep structural and emotional tension through gentle work on the skull, jaw, spine, and sacrum. Earlier this year, I also completed the FACE Training Academy where I sharpened my skills in buccal massage, lymphatic drainage for the face, neck and chest, and various other facial techniques.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find me cycling around the city on sunny days, dancing, writing music, or grounding myself in nature with sauna and cold plunge sessions shared among friends.
